Welcome to my professional space! I’m Phanindra Dahal, a passionate and dedicated Trainer and Instructional Designer with over a decade of experience in training and development. With a strong academic foundation and a hands-on approach, I have worked extensively in Nepal and abroad, specializing in delivering impactful training programs and crafting instructional materials that drive positive change.
My Journey
I hold a Master’s degree in Rural Development and a second Master’s in Training and Development, both of which have equipped me with the expertise to address diverse learning needs. I have had the privilege of working with local governments, national organizations, and international entities such as Caritas Nepal, JCI, focusing on building capacities, empowering communities, and fostering sustainable development.

Training Program Development: I design tailored training solutions that focus on practical skills and transformative learning. Whether it’s for cooperatives, schools, or local governments, my programs are grounded in real-world applications.
Instructional Design: My experience as an instructional designer allows me to craft learning experiences that are both engaging and effective. From gamification to interactive strategies, I use various methods to make learning an immersive experience.
Capacity Building: I have supported local governments and organizations in enhancing governance and service delivery through targeted training programs.
